SHIPPING PROCESS AND LEAD TIMES

  • Orders made on or before the following dates will be delivered by 12/24/2025.
    • Ground Shipping: 12/10/2025
    • Express Shipping: 12/15/2025
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.  Processing Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process at our warehouse. 
    • During peak holiday season, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to process. 
  • Once your package is processed and handed to the carrier, it’ll take about 3-10 business days in transit before your package arrives. 
  • The Total Lead Time for your order will be: Processing Time (3-5 business days) + Transit Time (ie. 3-10 business days for Standard, 2 Days or less for select Expedited Services, etc).
  • An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • Preorder items will ship during their estimated ship windows as indicated on the product page). If you have further questions, please contact us at help@smokonow.com with your order number.
    • Any in-stock items in your order will be shipped out as usual.

US Domestic Shipping

  • We offer free shipping over $50 in the contiguous US (excluding AK, HI, PR and US territories overseas).
  • Flat rate shipping for orders under $50 is $8.95 within the contiguous US excluding AK, HI, PR and US territories overseas.
  • Free shipping applies to the order total after discount/promotional codes, before taxes. Gift Cards do not count toward the free shipping total.
  • Oversized items may require an additional shipping charge.
  • Please note we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
