HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Orders placed between November 24th, 2022 and December 25th, 2022 are eligible for return for a refund back to the original form of payment through January 5th, 2022.
- Returns requested made between January 6th, 2022 and January 31st, 2022 will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount paid.
- Holiday return requests made after January 31st, 2022 are not eligible for a refund.
We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out. No need to worry, our returns process is simple (and return shipping is only $6.95
for all US orders)! To be eligible for a refund, all acceptable returns must be made within 30 days
of your original purchase date, and must be in new, unused condition with original packaging (tags attached)
**The following items are final sale and ineligible for refund: face masks, air filters, food items, gift cards, holiday apparel. Products marked down 30% off from original price are FINAL SALE unless item arrives damaged.**
RETURN PROCESS FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS

- We will issue you a return shipping label.
- Package your return items and include a copy of your order.
- Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- Once approved, your refund (minus $6.95 for the return shipping label) will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in your refund amount.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping is $6.95 for all US orders, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping fees.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for any return packages that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.

- Clearance and Final-Sale items
- Holiday apparel
- Perishable goods (food, snacks, flowers)
- Newspaper and magazines
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases etc)
- We do not process exchanges since we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive your returned item. Instead, we suggest placing a new order for the item(s) you want, and contact email@example.com to initiate a return for the items you wish to send back. Please include your order number and items that you would like to return in your email.
- Holiday sales and promo codes cannot be applied to previous orders. If an item is on sale (markdown due to permanent price reduction and not due to holiday sales or promo codes) please contact us within 14 days to find out if your transaction qualifies for a price adjustment.
