Diffuser Troubleshooting

Having problems with your diffuser? Try these steps below.

My diffuser is not working properly.

• Please use only tap water or spring water. Distilled water / drinking water will not diffuse well with this diffuser.
• Please check water level is correct, too high or too low can result in poor diffusion.
• Please use only the power adapter provided.

My diffuser is weak.

• Please use only tap water or spring water. Distilled water / drinking water will not diffuse well with this diffuser.
• To reset the diffuser, please rinse the diffuser 2-3 times, and use tap water only.
• Please do not run your diffuser on top of a towel or any soft surface (like the bed) that will restrict the air flow, it can overheat the diffuser.
