United StatesCute, but...
Like all of the other lights, this one is adorable. I like how you have to tap it to make it brighter (similar to the Shiro Cat light.) My only complaint is, the switch is different than most Smokos, and it's almost a bit too sensitive to touch. As long as you turn it on and immediately put it on a surface, you should be ok.

I read other reviews where there was 3 intensities of light whe you touch it. Mine does not do that.

This lamp is actually battery powered, it needs 3 AAA batteries. When I turned it on, thought the light was a bit dim compared to the usual brightness I expect from Smoko lamps, felt a bit of deja vu from when I first turned on my Tayto lamp (but I knew about the 3 levels of brightness), so decided to bap the Caterpillar (the tayto lamp cycles through brightness levels with a tap) cos why not. Wonders of wonders, it does, in fact, have 3 levels of brightness too, starting with the dimmest. So that's nice. While I do still adore this lamp, I did actually choose this because the description said it was rechargeable... which it isn't. A bit of a bummer, and I live in the UK, so not going to bother with returns or anything. But the product description should definitely be updated to include: - The battery situation. - The tap activated 3 brightness levels. - Should probably mention the touch power button for people who miss these sorts of things easily.
