Adorable Airpods Case

This case is really well made and I love the design so much. The only downside is there is a bit of "resistance" from the case when you open the lid. Normally when I open my airpods the lid stays open, but with this case you have to hold it back a bit. In addition, my own case came with some glue stains on the back upon arrival, but it's quite cute that I can overlook it. Overall a great product!

Cute But...

Giving 3 stars because despite my really abysmal shopping/customer service experience, item is very cute. But 3 stars because I tried to cancel within hours of ordering and customer service was beyond sub-par. Instead of addressing my issue, we went back and forth in email at least 5 times before they 1 sent me the wrong tracking number and then 2 expedited my order and sent me a shipping confirming instead of cancelling - complete waste of time. When the item arrived it was very dirty and smudged with a sticky black residue. I had to get a paper towel and scrub off the sticky black residue and smudge. Overall, it looked very used. Objectively, the item is insanely cute in person, however, if you have eyes, you can see it's also incredibly overpriced. If you Google for a similar item, you can find one that is cheaper.
